Planet Talk aims to provide educational materials to the youth in our local community to introduce them to the delightful world of astronomy and astrophysics and also learn about career opportunities in these fields. 

I interviewed 2 professors who are renowned professors of astronomy, as part of our educational speaker series and here, I share the podcasts with you all.

Prof. Kevin France is from the department of Astrophysical and Planetary Sciences, University of  Colorado Boulder. He speaks about his career path, his research on exoplanets, gives valuable information on the James Webb telescope and shares his advice for our youth.

Prof. George Becker is from the department of Physics and Astronomy, University of  California Riverside. He focuses his research on intergalactic medium, cosmic reionization, quasar absorption lines, metal enrichment and dark matter.
